This is our American customer's bowl noodle packaging project. The basic requirements for the entire packaging system of this project are as follows:
1. Automatically stack 4 bowls noodle to face and secure them with cardboard and tape.
2. Implement automatic case packaging and sealing process.
3. Using robots to grab bowl noodles and arrange them.
4. Implement automatic paper box cartoning process.
We have equipped a complete set of equipment for this project according to the customer's requirements, including automatic collection and stacking machine, spider shaped robot, large-sized cartoning machine, automatic folding case erector, case packer, and box sealing machine. The customer is very satisfied with this packaging equipment.
