Packaging line will be customized according to client’s product specification, production capacity and workshop space availability. The customization process is as follows:  

1. Initial communication to understand your packing needs.
Through communication, we need to understand your actual production plan, such as the specification of the items to be packaged, the front section product supply method, production capacity requirements, speed requirements, production environment and % of automation involved.

2. Make a preliminary proposal
Understand your actual needs, our mechanical engineers will make a preliminary solution for it.

3. Communicate the plan with details for the plan
Through in-depth communication, adjust and optimize the preliminary plan.

4.Sign a contract
Sign a contract and provide an attachment with a list of equipment and trade terms.

5. The engineering department makes the final plan
Our mechanical engineers use professional mechanical design software to make the final design drawings for machine production.

6. Make a construction drawing and then proceed components purchase and arrange production, finish installation and testing.

8. Test the machine,take a video for your reference for machine approval.
