This is a All-stainless steel biscuits automatic stacking packaging line. This production line integrates automation and intelligence, aiming to efficiently and accurately complete the material handling, stacking, and packaging processes of round cookies. The materials are placed through the feeding port, and then the cookies are conveyed to the cake dropping machine by the conveyor belt. The cookies are then placed into the stacker by the cake dropping machine, and the stacker stacks the cookies into groups, with two stacks per group. Finally, they are transported to the packaging machine for product packaging. The packaging is cut by a cutting machine to complete the entire process. This production line has a wide range of application prospects.
